![]() ![]() Also, if you want to lay down any drums in FL studio while using Maschine, you are going to have to use Midi mode, which takes away almost all of Maschine's great functions when laying down drum patterns, arpeggiating chords, chord mode, and the like. I don't know if they fixed this, but opening reaktor plugins in Maschine inside of FL studio never worked. I hate to say it, but I recommend you either use Maschine or Fl studio, they don't really play well together. It makes it much easier if you save a Maschine template in FL studio so you don't have to route each and every time you open FL studio. The best way to have access to the piano roll on Maschine is to open an instance of Maschine in the mixer in FL studio, and then use Fl studios Midi out plugin, and then make sure to route each Maschine group to a midi out channel in FL. ![]() This will help you build your patterns faster and easier. There is a lot you can do with the Menu bar at the very top of FL. ![]() Whatever it is that you want to type into the TITTLE field is what will then appear at the top. ![]() When the window opens up, select the INFO tab. Use this feature when working with percussive elements, like hi-hats, to make quick slices. From the menu in the upper left corner select OPTIONS, move down the list and select FILE SETTINGS. There are you tube videos that talk about this, Knock Squared and Maschine Masters has some work arounds, none are really great IMHO but they have found the best "solutions". What is Quick chop in FL Studio Quick chop is a feature that automatically slices your note selection into 1/16th notes. ![]()
